Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

With complete involvement from the first day, you’ll be part of a team that bring our leading brands to millions. You’ll take responsibility for marketing projects from the outset. You’ll gain new skills and experience and be fully included as part of our Swedish and Nordic Team.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop new products based on Trade, Consumer, Shopper insights. From quantifying the opportunity to developing the right 4Ps proposition, trade story and launch support
  • Manage the brand's portfolio through possible regulatory changes and discontinuation as well as updating the portfolio assets for the Sales Team such as SKU menu, packshot or product catalogue content
  • Implement the agreed brand communication pipeline in sync with in-store events as well as managing bespoke communication channels (e.g., website, SoMe etc), developing the required assets and monitoring performance against reach and engagement KPI's
  • Define assortment, price, and promotion KPIs per channel. Tailoring Business Development Initiatives (BDI) utilizing local trade and consumer insights as well supporting Sales Team with Category growth stories and Trade assets (POSM)
  • Track and analyze brand performance utilizing Nielsen and financial reports as well amending plan to act on new challenges/opps
  • Crafting the yearly brands' budgets based on ROI and managing the spend 

The experience we're looking for

…you’re every bit as entrepreneurial as we are. You:

  • Have minimum a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • Few years of experience from trade marketing, brand marketing, communication or innovation with gained skills conceptualizing, developing marketing strategies, tactics, and measurable implementation from FMCG, OTC or retail industry.
  • Have a keen commercial and financial mind
  • Are creative and resilient problem-solver
  • Are a natural team player
  • Are comfortable wrestling with Nielsen & IQVIA data to draw conclusions and suggest new strategic approaches.
  • Are fluent in Swedish
