Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
As Key Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting and realising joint business plans (JBP) – balancing customer success with our own growth.
You’ll manage a portfolio of leading brands (Finish, Vanish, Strepsils, Veet and more) across some of Sweden’s most important accounts. In close partnership with Trade Marketing, you’ll develop customer strategies and initiate activities to maximise net revenue and profit.
You own the strategic account plan – driving sales, profit and net revenue to exceed targets across all categories and portfolios – while managing the P&L from top to bottom.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Deliver Net Revenue and Gross Margin targets
- Achieve account 4P targets (Product, Price, Placement & Promotion)
- Develop multi-level relationships with accounts
- Secure trading and distribution/promotion agreements (share of shelf, visibility at POS, distribution penetration, consumer & trade promotions, discounts)
- Turn market, shopper and customer data into actionable insights to grow categories and brands
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply, Finance) to ensure flawless execution
The experience we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into Action
- A great influencer and negotiator with strategic and tactical thinking
- Proven P&L management, budget delivery and growth Momentum
- Exceptional communicator: fluent English and sufficient Swedish
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Solution-oriented, outcome-focused, comfortable in a lean Organisation
- Team player with a positive outlook and Can-Do attitude
- Entrepreneurial, fast learning agility and results orientation
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders (internal & external)
