About Reckitt Taicang Manufacturing Site

About the role

Reporting to Manufacturing Director, you will lead RPS/WCM system deployment, Industrial Engineering function and digital factory strategy across Taicang sites. You will drive lean culture, deliver productivity & FUEL project targets, leverage IE, lean, SixSigma and IoTenabled digital tools to build a global benchmark datadriven smart factory.

Your responsibilities

• Lead endtoend deployment of RPS & WCM management systems, drive site operational transformation and sustain Foundation / Pilar / FMOS systems.

 

• Rollout Goal Alignment framework, cascade KPI/KAI across all levels and implement OMP to deliver corporate strategic objectives.

 

• Own site IE function: govern BOM & routing standardization & approval, optimize material & people flow, plant layout and capacity balancing.

 

• Foster lean culture via Gemba Walk, 6S, visual management and operator capability building on rootcause problem solving.

 

• Manage productivity and FUEL project portfolio to achieve annual efficiency targets (XTrim, Squeeze); complete global standard reporting & analysis.

 

• Drive digital factory strategy & IoT application rollout; oversee IoT infrastructure, IDC maintenance and system integration among MES, ERP and SAP.

 

• Reduce downtime, quality loss, inventory and manufacturing cost; ensure full compliance on HSE, environment, cGMP and quality requirements.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering / Management; Industrial Engineering major preferred.

 

• Minimum 8 years Lean Manufacturing & SixSigma handson experience, proven track record using CI / DMAIC to deliver tangible business improvement.

 

• Minimum 3 years Industrial Engineering experience with solid exposure to sitelevel IE standardization, BOM & routing governance and performance management.

 

• Minimum 3 years manufacturing digital transformation experience, capable of designing and executing sitewide digital roadmap.

 

• Strong operational insight and data analytics skills to translate data into actionable improvement plans.

 

• FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing background is highly preferred.

 

• Selfdriven leadership to engage stakeholders, challenge statusquo and inspire team for higher performance.
