About the role
Lead industrial engineering, end-to-end value stream optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing site to improve productivity, operational efficiency, service, agility, labor utilization, and cost competitiveness while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained.
The role is responsible for driving end-to-end Value Stream Mapping (VSM) across the supply chain flow — from material receiving, planning, manufacturing, packing, warehousing, and dispatch — to identify losses, eliminate non-value-added activities, and improve overall business performance.
Your responsibilities
- Lead industrial engineering and operational excellence programs across manufacturing operations.
- Drive end-to-end Value Stream Mapping (VSM) initiatives across the full manufacturing and supply chain process flow.
- Analyze material flow, information flow, inventory levels, lead time, cycle time, and process bottlenecks to improve end-to-end operational efficiency.
- Develop future-state VSM roadmaps and lead implementation of improvement actions across functions.
- Lead line balancing, labor optimization, workflow improvement, and factory layout optimization initiatives.
- Conduct time studies, motion studies, work measurement, and manpower planning to establish labor standards and improve productivity.
- Analyze and improve OEE, downtime, changeover losses, waste, and operational constraints.
- Support digitalization and automation projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and data visibility.
- Partner closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and EHS teams to optimize end-to-end value streams.
- Support new product introductions, line startup, capacity expansion, and factory transformation projects.
- Develop productivity dashboards, KPI tracking systems, and performance reporting mechanisms.
- Coach and develop site teams on Lean principles, VSM methodology, and continuous improvement tools.
- Ensure all initiatives comply with EHS, GMP, quality, and company compliance standards.
