About the role

Manage and optimize factory systems (PLM, SAP, MES, etc) to support efficient manufacturing operations and ensure accurate master data across platforms.

Your responsibilities

• Lead deployment and integration of manufacturing systems (PLM, SAP, MES, etc).
• Maintain and govern master data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support system users with training, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with production, IT, and global teams to align system functions with operational needs.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure systems meet GMP, ISO, and internal quality standards.
• Contribute to the establishment, implementation, and improvement of ISO14001 environmental and OHSAS 18001 health and safety management systems including the establishment of site environmental and health and safety objectives.
• Implements the Quality Management Systems in concerned areas and maintains GMP standards.
• Strives for continuous improvement in all activities.
• 5S Self-management to meet the site target.
• Comply with regulations pertaining to disinfectant products, cosmetics, medical devices, as well as the company's quality management system documents. Ensure that the work performed in this position meets GMP requirements and fulfill the obligations related to product quality and safety as outlined in the relevant quality management documents.
• Any other ad-hoc activities assigned by Manufacturing Director, Taicang

The experience we're looking for

- Excellent multitasking skills, with experience in overseeing projects in diverse locations.
- Strong communication abilities, ready to tackle challenges and navigate complexities with clarity.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, underpinned by keen business accumen and relationship management.
- A knack for improving business processes and driving productivity.
- Advanced understanding of data analytics to support decision-making within supply chain planning and logistics.

The skills for success

Skills & Experience required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years in system management within manufacturing.
• Experience with PLM, SAP, MES platforms.
• Strong data governance and project management skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Professional qualifications required:
• SAP/PLM/MES etc system deployment experience is mandate.
• Familiarity with master data governance and system architecture.
