About the role
As an Associate / Engineer specialising in Innovation Packaging you’ll join our forward-thinking Manufacturing team. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of consumer health and hygiene through groundbreaking packaging solutions. This role offers the unique opportunity for you to bring your ideas to life, working alongside dedicated professionals who are as committed as you are to making a real difference.
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate on exciting innovation projects to create and implement advanced packaging solutions that meet our sustainability and performance goals.
- Design and test new packaging concepts, ensuring they match our high standards for functionality and efficiency.
- Analyse various packaging materials and technologies, striving for enhancements that align with our vision for product excellence.
- Coordinate with a range of stakeholders both inside and outside the company, honing a packaging vision that resonates across the board.
The experience we're looking for
- A strong track record (X + years) in packaging innovation within consumer goods or a related sector.
- Skilled in using design software and CAD tools, and familiar with various packaging test methodologies.
- An analytical mind capable of assessing materials and technologies to find opportunities for innovations.
- Clear, effective communication and project management abilities, thriving in a cross-functional team environment.
