About Reckitt Taicang Manufacturing Site

Join Reckitt’s strategic Taicang multibrand manufacturing complex, supplying global flagship brands Dettol and Durex to worldwide markets. Backed by worldclass WCM manufacturing standards and global supplychain resources, you will lead endtoend planning, warehousing and importexport operations across three sites. This role empowers you to drive supplychain strategic transformation, cost optimisation and servicelevel improvement, with great exposure to global projects and international career development opportunities.

About the role

You will own planning & logistics operations for the Taicang manufacturing base. You lead team building, demand management and logisticsrelated strategic & sourcing projects for Dettol & Durex global supply chains, deliver group targets on service performance and cost reduction, and support WCM transformation while ensuring full regulatory and GMP compliance for disinfectant, cosmetic and medicaldevice products.

Your responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning, warehouse and importexport team; build KPI system to drive team performance and goal delivery.

 

• Support businessmodel transformation for toll / nontoll manufacturing; upskill team for endtoend SAPdriven business execution.

 

• Oversee demandmanagement process between local sites and global markets, minimise group total supplychain cost.

 

• Partner closely with Greater China Manufacturing Director to formalise site strategic planning and rollout group global initiatives.

 

• Drive logistics improvement projects, deliver waste elimination & process optimisation for WCM Logistics & Flow pillar to realise efficient, flexible and sustainable production.

 

• Coach and develop team talents; manage customs handbook data & importexport reporting to meet regulatory requirements.

 

• Ensure full compliance with HSE (ISO14001, OHSAS18001), GMP, disinfectant / cosmetic / medicaldevice regulations and internal quality systems.

 

• Resolve complex warehouselogistics and qualityrelated operational issues; complete adhoc assignments from leadership.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent written & spoken English for global communication.

 

• Minimum 3 years senior supplychain management experience; FMCG or medicaldevice manufacturing background highly preferred.

 

• Solid handson experience in production planning, warehouse management, importexport, customer service and supplychain system implementation.

 

• Proficient in SAP / Oracle or comparable enterprise management systems.

 

• Proven people leadership: capable of managing, motivating and developing teams.

 

• Strong crossfunctional collaboration, negotiation, persuasion and projectmanagement capabilities.

 

• Strategic thinking, result & service oriented, quick to adapt to change with decisive execution.
