About the role
You will own planning & logistics operations for the Taicang manufacturing base. You lead team building, demand management and logistics‑related strategic & sourcing projects for Dettol & Durex global supply chains, deliver group targets on service performance and cost reduction, and support WCM transformation while ensuring full regulatory and GMP compliance for disinfectant, cosmetic and medical‑device products.
Your responsibilities
• Lead integrated planning, warehouse and import‑export team; build KPI system to drive team performance and goal delivery.
• Support business‑model transformation for toll / non‑toll manufacturing; upskill team for end‑to‑end SAP‑driven business execution.
• Oversee demand‑management process between local sites and global markets, minimise group total supply‑chain cost.
• Partner closely with Greater China Manufacturing Director to formalise site strategic planning and roll‑out group global initiatives.
• Drive logistics improvement projects, deliver waste elimination & process optimisation for WCM Logistics & Flow pillar to realise efficient, flexible and sustainable production.
• Coach and develop team talents; manage customs handbook data & import‑export reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE (ISO14001, OHSAS18001), GMP, disinfectant / cosmetic / medical‑device regulations and internal quality systems.
• Resolve complex warehouse‑logistics and quality‑related operational issues; complete ad‑hoc assignments from leadership.
The experience we're looking for
• Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent written & spoken English for global communication.
• Minimum 3 years senior supply‑chain management experience; FMCG or medical‑device manufacturing background highly preferred.
• Solid hands‑on experience in production planning, warehouse management, import‑export, customer service and supply‑chain system implementation.
• Proficient in SAP / Oracle or comparable enterprise management systems.
• Proven people leadership: capable of managing, motivating and developing teams.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration, negotiation, persuasion and project‑management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking, result & service oriented, quick to adapt to change with decisive execution.
