About the role

As a HR Advisor - Operations at Reckitt, no two days will be the same. You’ll be our local data and systems specialist, working with our global HR shared services team; as well as the backbone of our local HR team, supporting HR managers, being our process expert and driving our team plans and projects. You’ll provide support to the ANZ HR Team across a range of activities throughout the employee life cycle - including onboarding, benefits, development, reporting, pay, offboarding and general process improvement.

 

If you’ve got some HR background, experience as a local HR operations lead who partners with an HR shared service centre, and a passion to support an HR team, we’d love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the Global People services (GPS) team in India (HR shared services) to deliver consistent and efficient service to managers and employees for our region
  • Work with the GPS team to communicate new initiatives, update work instructions for our region and input to process designs with a local lens
  • Be the ANZ HR systems and process subject matter expert and input into global process improvements– including design, testing and transferring knowledge to the GPS team.
  • Maintain ANZ HR information systems, to ensure accuracy of data & reports as required
  • Assist with immigration process for the ANZ business including visa renewals
  • Manage and coordinate the training calendar for ANZ – look at needs, budget management, vendors and training set up
  • Support of ongoing HR initiatives including early careers, onboarding, pay review, performance reviews etc.
  • Work with Payroll as a key HR touchpoint.

 

The experience we're looking for

  • An HR advisor / junior HR or HR systems background; ideally working alongside an HR service centre to deliver local support in a global organisation
  • Understanding of HR processes and principles in an ANZ context
  • Experience in HR systems, preferably Success Factors
  • High agility for change and able to adapt
  • Pragmatic – with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build strong working relationships and effectively influence people of all levels to drive change and improvement.
  • Results oriented, self-motivated
  • Highly organised and able to manage and prioritise high volume work
