About the role
Owing to the promotion of someone currently on parental leave, Reckitt is seeking an inspired HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team on a fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity in an organisation where HR has a real seat at the table, and to work alongside senior stakeholders. You will be deeply embedded in our functions and partnering primarily on talent, performance and culture.
Your responsibilities
- Partner across global functions customers - largely our corporate functions – to deliver our ANZ people plan and global HR strategy
- Provide support and coaching to managers in succession and talent planning, workforce planning, transformation, performance and employee engagement
- Work alongside global people services (India) and centres of excellence (UK) to deliver end to end employee life cycle support
- Work on whole business HR projects with other members of the HR team
- Deliver workshops, facilitate and train as required – including leadership development
- Use scorecards to track HR trends and projections, and recommend interventions
- Participate in one of our employee councils and drive D&I, wellbeing and purpose
The experience we're looking for
- Existing HR BP level experience in a multinational, fast-paced business – working alongside centres of excellence and shared services to deliver results
- Ability to build strong relationships quickly, work independently with client groups and hit the ground running
- Experience in facilitating talent and succession processes
- Demonstrated ability to provide coaching support to leaders; drive self-service and empower
- Desire to provide strong customer service, with excellent execution and communication skills
- Experience in organisational and team design, with strong change management skills
- Ability to coach and support on performance and policy issues (non-Award)
