About the role
Step into the role of Senior Commercial Quality Manager is to provide Leadership for excellence in quality and compliance of all products and processes within the supply/distribution chain the Australian business Your work will be integral to ensuring our product portfolio adheres to all local guidelines and internal processes, facilitating Reckitt's ability to innovate and lead in the industry. Here, your strategic thinking and collaborative nature will directly contribute to our mission of providing high-quality products to consumers. We're on the lookout for someone who is as passionate about quality and compliance as they are about being at the forefront of consumer health.
Your responsibilities
- Work in partnership with global and local teams to create and execute regulatory strategies that deliver a competitive edge.
- Lead the Quality Team to assure compliance to the regulatory requirements.
- Manage regulatory projects for Australian brands, ensuring compliance with local
- Legislation and Reckitt's high standards.
- Stay informed of legislative changes, identifying risks and opportunities, while keeping the business abreast of national regulatory trends.
- Collaborate and influence other functions to develop and maintain all relevant procedures in line with the requirements of the Reckitt QMS & associated policies and local requirements.
- Liaise with government agencies and industry bodies, assessing impacts on Reckitt products and processes.
The experience we're looking for
- Highly experienced in working within Quality and/ or Compliance function in HealthCare, Pharmaceutical or FMCG environments.
- Deep understanding of current regulations and industry requirements.
- Proficient understanding of regulatory, GMP and GDP requirements relevant to a regulated product e.g. TGA, FDA, EMA.
- Clear understanding to ensure operations do not compromise the quality of products and can demonstrate compliance with GDP.
- Proven ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines effectively.
- Confident communicator with strong influencing skills and the ability to build productive relationships.
- Experience with complex information analysis, problem-solving, and coaching individuals within a results-driven culture.
