Your responsibilities
The Senior IT&D Business Analyst will provide a combination of commercial and technical expertise while also providing leadership to the business from an IT&D angle and on projects involving assessment, design, development and implementation of business solutions. A Senior IT&D Business Analyst will typically manage both internal customer groups (often up to executive level), vendors & other internal support groups to ensure a smooth delivery of service.
The experience we're looking for
- Proficient in analysing requirements and translating business processes into clear specifications.
- Familiar with manufacturing processes & Commercial technology and a deep understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Well-versed in project and programme management, design thinking, and IT service management.
- Skilled in change management practises with a focus on stakeholder relationship management and user adoption.
- Strong communication skills, capable of advising and guiding diverse teams and stakeholders.
