About the role
We are seeking a Supply Planner to join our ANZ Supply Planning team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing an end-to-end portfolio of brands, ensuring product availability while balancing inventory targets and supply chain efficiency. Acting as a critical link between Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Commercial teams and Global Planning teams, you'll identify risks, develop mitigation plans and support business continuity across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong analytical capability, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Your responsibilities
- Own supply planning activities for an allocated brand portfolio.
- Review and manage Projected Inventory Reports (PIR).
- Conduct detailed SKU-level inventory analysis to optimise stock availability and inventory health.
- Monitor inbound supply, production schedules and container movements.
- Balance customer service requirements with inventory and working capital targets.
- Identify root causes of supply constraints and develop mitigation plans to minimise business impact.
- Review inventory risks including short-dated and expiry management opportunities.
- Maintain accurate replenishment and supply plans.Participate in cross-functional planning forums and stakeholder meetings.
- Support New Zealand resupply planning requirements.
- Present inventory performance, supply risks and action plans to key business stakeholders.
- Utilise SAP, Conexus and reporting tools to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with local and international planning teams to ensure supply continuity.
The experience we're looking for
- Previous experience within Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning or broader Supply Chain roles preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical problem-solving capability.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple information sources.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP, Conexus or similar ERP/planning systems would be advantageous.
- Understanding of inventory management principles and supply planning processes.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
- Experience within FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing or Supply Chain environments is desirable.
