Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

 

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

 

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

The Training & Education Manager is responsible for developing and delivering education and training programs that support pharmacists, healthcare professionals and Reckitt's customer-facing teams.

 

This role is 12mth FTC and is a unique blend of education, healthcare communication and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with our HCP Marketing Manager and broader Pharmacy Channel teams to create compelling education programs, develop detailing materials and deliver impactful training within both customer and internal environments.

 

You will play a key role in equipping pharmacists and Reckitt teams with the knowledge and confidence to effectively communicate the benefits and appropriate use of our products through classroom-style training sessions, customer workshops, conferences and educational events.

 

Based in Sydney, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to work across a highly visible and influential portfolio within one of the world's leading consumer health organisations.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver education and training programs for pharmacists, pharmacy teams and healthcare professionals.
  • Facilitate engaging classroom-style learning sessions, workshops and conference presentations.
  • Partner with the HCP Marketing Manager to execute annual education and detailing priorities.
  • Create and maintain training resources, educational content and detailing aids.
  • Translate clinical and scientific information into accurate, practical and engaging learning materials.
  • Deliver product education and capability training to Reckitt's Field Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Support customer training initiatives across key pharmacy accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external training and education contacts.
  • Ensure all educational content is compliant, accurate and aligned to healthcare communication requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven experience delivering training, education or facilitation programs to adult learners.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage audiences of varying sizes.
  • Experience developing training materials, educational content or learning resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Experience translating technical, scientific or clinical information into practical and engaging learning content.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
