About the role

The Digital & Social Content Lead is responsible for driving brand growth by leading the development and execution of high‑impact digital content strategies across social media, eCommerce, CRM and other digital touchpoints. This role ensures that every piece of content—whether organic, paid, or commerce‑focused—reflects the brand’s purpose, strengthens brand equity, and delivers measurable business results. The role will champion social‑first thinking, elevate storytelling quality, and ensure content relevance across target audiences. 

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and execute digital and eCommerce content strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand positioning and highlights product benefits
  • Create and optimize eCommerce assets such as product pages, banners, and shoppable formatsLeverage consumer insights, reviews, and testing tools to refine content
  • Develop and champion social-first, multi-platform marketing strategies
  • Create content rooted in cultural trends and evolving audience behaviors
  • Strengthen platform-native storytelling aligned with brand identity
  • Monitor digital and cultural trends to inform campaigns and content innovation
  • Analyze audience behaviors and identify opportunities for new storytelling or partnerships
  • Track and evaluate performance across organic, paid, and social commerce channels
  • Use data insights and post-campaign analysis to continuously improve content strategies
  • Support social commerce efforts, including livestreams and product demos, to drive conversion
  • Develop personalized, journey-based CRM content across email and messaging platforms
  • Optimize CRM performance through segmentation, messaging, and data insighs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated, omnichannel content experiences

The experience we're looking for

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content best practices 
  • Experience in digital content strategy and eCommerce content creation 
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools, data segmentation, and campaign execution. 
  • Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and apply learnings to future content 
  • Understanding of brand building and product benefit communication 
  • Strong trendspotting and audience insight capabilities 
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination 
  • Creative yet data-driven approach to problem solving 
  • Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail 
  • Agility, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
