Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for GT channel and Drug stores strategy.
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy per customer in alignment with Reckitt’s strategic objectives (Net Revenue, Cop, Gross Margin, Working Capital), and to manage the customer relationship on an ongoing basis.
  • The role requires close cross functional interaction with trade marketing, planning, marketing, supply service and finance.
  • Develop business plans with channels strategies and recommend assortment, best-in-class 4P executions, together with marketing team to gain market share and drive sales growth.
  • Responsible for accounts’ trade spending and investment management, maximizing ROI.
  • Analyse sales forecast and relevant analytical reports to monitor sales performance, forecast accuracy and annual budgeting for management review.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets, quarterly KPI and annual target.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback

The experience we're looking for

  • Over 5+ years trade sales experience in FMCG, mandatory majority focus on General trade or key account experience.
  • Trade marketing/shopper marketing experience is preferred.
  • Strong numerical skill+ P&L
  • Proficient level on negotiation and collaborative skill.
  • Proficient English, strong communication skill in both English, Chinese and Taiwanese
  • PC Know-how: Good MS-Office skills
