Your responsibilities

Monthly Management Reporting
•Preparation of monthly commercial reports with particular focus on customer profitability, category gross margin, trade spend analysis, distributor stock analysis, in-market sales analysis, in a timely and accurate manner.
•Ensure maximum usage of available reporting tools such as Fusion, Anaplan, Power BI, etc. to improve reporting efficiency.
•Continuously strive to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the reporting requirement in line with the business needs by developing new value adding analysis and insights.
•Monitor monthly performance against plan and forecast, report on major variances and provide suggestion for improvement
•Provide support on all ad-hoc reports and analysis under demanding deadline.

Planning and Forecasting
•Support on Category and Customer P&L forecasting and analysis as part of the quarterly and annual financial forecasting/planning process.
•Review all key financial parameters such as net revenue, cost of goods sold, gross margin, working capital, marketing investment, trade & consumer marketing spending ROI, commercial fixed costs, etc. with highlight on exception and suggestion for improvement.

Controlling and Monitoring
•Review the financials of new product launch and conduct monthly performance tracking of new products.
•Provision of financial decision support for the “go-to-market” initiatives and other operational changes to achieve and sustain profitability.
•Drive trade spend effectiveness and monitor delivery of trade spend optimisation, benchmarking investment levels across channels and categories.
•Ensure the integrity of all trade spend accruals through thorough review, reconciliation and analysis.
•Support on all process controls, SOP and Global Financial Control Framework.

Ad Hoc Business Advisory Support
•Support management team in Business Reviews by gathering all financial data and prepare relevant presentation materials.
•Able to highlight risk and opportunity to management with valued recommendation. 
•Provide Value Chain Analysis to management for better channel, marketing and sales strategies. 

The experience we're looking for

- University graduate or minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Adept at financial modelling, with excellent Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation.
- A firm understanding of financial statements including P & L, cash flow, and balance sheets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, navigating stakeholder relationships with ease.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
