About the role
Your responsibilities
•Managing assigned area distributors, chain pharmacy and new channel or business development.
•Deliver sales performance in line with the company's objectives: Formulate winning account strategy to drive account's business growth, negotiate on and execute efficiently trade marketing activities, and ensure good product presence.
•Optimize products' in-store exposure: Understand customers' product category and shelf space management approaches and explore opportunities to optimize in-store merchandising.
•Achieve target contribution to the company's profit performance: Develop effective promotion plans and explore promotion opportunities, effectively utilize rental and allowance resources to drive business growth and develop effective contract negotiation plan to gain saving and/or drive business growth.
•Increase target clients' satisfaction and engagement customers shelf space of RB products.
•Cooperate with regional team regularly to develop local business.
Responsibilities
•Achieve sales objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time and policy parameters through efficient control of the distributor.
•Planning, implementing and monitoring all general trade sales activities within the assigned territory particularly providing an annual drive-plan for the whole territory in collaboration with the general trade sales manager
•Regular contacts and visits to distribution centers to help the commercial team by conducting regular audits from time to time and get market insights from the total territory.
•Close contact with and internal consultancy to the marketing team at planning and implementing consumer and driven activities in general trade channels
•Responsible for executing visibility norms across the territory as per COMPANY standards. Is also accountable for tracking and maintaining all company merchandising elements in the territory
•New Business development: Constantly seeking new opportunities to increase and extend the scope of business operations in close cooperation with the manager
The experience we're looking for
•With key account or General Trade sales experience in FMCG.
•Strong negotiation skills and business planning, with logical thinking and numerical sense.
•Good communication skill in Chinese and Taiwanese, Basic English capability in speaking and writing.
•Good at Microsoft Office
•Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
•Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
•Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams
•Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
