About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Head to lead our Human Resources function in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with the current and future business needs and strategies of the organization. Working closely with business leaders and operational teams, the HR Head will drive organizational capability to support business growth and success.

Your responsibilities

•Partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational capability in alignment with business objectives.
•Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business performance and address key organizational opportunities.
•Provide consultation and guidance to managers on organizational diagnosis, design, and resource allocation during realignments, downsizing, outsourcing, and growth initiatives.
•Foster a culture of organizational justice and balance when addressing employee-related issues.
•Drive talent development synergizing with markets across the region and area, focusing on leadership development and talent management.
•Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and support to employees at all levels.
•Partner with line management to shape and communicate an organizational culture that supports business objectives.
•Build and lead a high-performing HR team through effective people development strategies.
•Ensure flawless execution of HR functions in the market, including staffing, compensation and benefits administration, labor relations, policy administration, and HR data management.

The experience we're looking for

•Experience as a Human Resource Generalist in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
•Proven ability to operate effectively in a complex, changing environment.
•Experience working in a matrix, cross-functional, and team-oriented environment.
•Demonstrated customer/client focus and organizational structure expertise.
•Exposure to international HR experiences or cross-cultural environments is preferred.
•Track record of developing people and cultivating leadership talent.
