Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities
Sales Planning
1.Develop strategy on how to build the business with key customers and implement, in line with the marketing, brand and digital strategies and omni channel strategies for sustainable growth.
2.Lead the development and implementation of the annual trade & sales plans, channel plans and JBPs with customers
3.Initiate and evaluate the reduction of trade spending to deliver higher net revenue
4.Achieve and deliver Net Revenue target and COP goals for all channels in Taiwan.
Sales Execution
5.Develop together with the National Account Heads, trade terms by customer that leads to maximum volume, profit, customer satisfaction and product availability at appropriate cost.
6.Ensure that sales plans deliver superior 4P execution and win in the retail trade level, including Omni development
Category & Trade Marketing
7.Lead Reckitt to achieve ‘Category Champion’ status with key customers
8.Develop and apply effective trade marketing tools and techniques
Customer Relationship
9.Build and maintain effective customer relationship to build strong loyalty and commitment to Reckitt business
10.Maintain healthy relationship with all distributor and vendors to ensure healthy business operation
Cross-Team Collaboration
11.Partner with the marketing organisation to develop business plans for new brands and categories and lead the sales organisation in implementation
12.Work closely with Supply team to initiate and evaluate the improvement of sales forecast accuracy
Leadership & Coaching
13.Lead and motivate the sales force to achieve excellent customer relationships and business results
14.Coach and develop key talent within sales organisation
Others
15.Lead the development and deployment of Sales/Channel/Category best practice tools
The experience we're looking for
-Experience with fast-moving consumer goods company of at least 10 years proven track record Experience with managing key international retailers of at least a National Account level
-Proven 8-10 years’ experience as a sales leader in at least a mid-size business, Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Finance is an advantage
-High profile role, with proven experience of influencing Managers at senior management level.
-Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level in a commercial subject.
-Fluent in English with at least one other language preferred.
