About the role
Reckitt is seeking an IT & D Officer to fuel our Platforms team with an ambition of innovation and technological drive. This role is about making an impact: shaping digital solutions that resonate with millions and align with our global values. Your responsibilities
•To lead and own IT development projects and automation system workflows by using RPA and Microsoft application such as Power Automate, Power App, and Power BI.
•To closely work with global team as well as GC, JP and KR teams on various global systems from users’ requirements, system design, system launch, and on-going improvement supports
•Drive the IT & digital team’s vision: To design simple processes & make analytics integral to business decision making in Hong Kong & Taiwan
•Be the first line of contact to support assigned application systems, which includes but not limited to system job monitoring, data uploading, data update, system template generation, system or data or operation problem resolution, etc.
•Provide first line application production support to ensure good service is in place to support business result. Manage and continuously enhance the service level of vendor support; work with the business owner to enhance the business key user network
•Closely work with business analyst, business owner and users to identify the improvement opportunities, analyse and assess the business requirement, develop and align the system solution, and deliver it to realize the business value preposition
•Understand, support and execute the global IT strategy where applied. Ensure all IT infrastructure and systems in HK/TW are in line with RB information security standard
The experience we're looking for
•BS degree in IT or other related business major.
•1-2 years’ experience of working as application support analyst or similar roles.
•Knowledge in key business areas such as ERP, Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI , Python and SQL is a plus
•Ability to communicate in both technical and business language, both written & verbal.
•Good in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
•Be agile to learn new technical from other markets or global team to adopt and enhance support service.
