About the role
Your responsibilities
- Manage assigned PX, CVS customers sales performance to meet the company sales and profit target with P&L management.
- Develop and implement the sales strategy per customer in alignment with Reckitt’s strategic objectives (Net Revenue, Cop, Gross Margin, Working Capital), and to manage ongoing basis customer relationship.
- The role requires close cross functional interaction with trade marketing, planning, marketing, logistics, and finance.
- Develop business plans with channels strategies and recommend assortment, best-in-class 4P executions, together with marketing team to achieve share and sales growth.
- Manage distributor and ensure the activities meet contractual commitment with Reckitt
- Responsible for accounts’ trade spending and investment management, maximizing ROI.
- Analyze sales forecast and relevant analytical reports to monitor sales performance, forecast accuracy and annual budgeting for management review.
The experience we're looking for
- Good Command in English and Chinese
- University/ College degree and multinational FMCG experience & Key Account Management experience is plus.
- At least 2 years of sales and customer management experience.
- 1 year or above of handling distributors is preferred
- Good at Office skills especially Excel & PowerPoint.
