About the role

Are you ready to become the cornerstone of our supply chain, ensuring our customers get what they need when they need it? As a Demand Planner for large markets or Demand Planning Manager for smaller markets at Reckitt, your expertise will drive our production, purchasing, and provide invaluable insights into our supply dynamics. In this strategic role, you are the maestro of data, understanding and interpreting market trends to predict demand with precision. Your responsibilities

•Organize and lead the demand planning process by working closely with Sales, Marketing, and trade marketing.
•Leading and run business wide S&OP/IBP process, working collaboratively with Sales and Marketing groups, agreeing on forecast. 
•Responsible for forecasting, long and short term
•Responsible for day to day availability of 100+ products, across Taiwan health product categories. 
•Proactively managing all potential service issues, avoiding any potential issues to trade. 
•Manages inventory targets in line with financial plan, ensuring to balance customer service with financial target. 
•Responsible for all department KPI’s, and reporting results, bridging any deviation from target. 
•Leading and implementing any departmental continuous improvement projects. 
•Lead in service provider performance review and improvement – freight forwarder, distributor, embellisher and etc
•Work with global team and factories to ensure New Product Development project on time.
•Working closely with distributor to ensure achieving superior customer service through distributor and there is enough resource/capacity to handle RB requirement
•Management of 3rd party business arrangements for freight, and operations
•To deliver on targets in key areas of Services, Gross margin improvement (through freight cost), quality and net working capital. 
•Continue to identify and develop high potential people within the Supply Services function and in the Supply organization in total.

The experience we're looking for

•University Degree, minimum bachelor degree, preferably in Business or Supply chain related area. 
•7 years minimum supply chain experience including some years in planning function. Working in FMCG environment or similar. 
•Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
•Experience with managing a team, with proven coaching and development experience
•Management of Health Care and consumer products, managing products with shelf life
•Experience with running effective Demand planning review and S&OP.
•Experience with working with global manufacturing locations.
