Leading a team in a fast-paced international business, you’ll play a critical role in driving innovation and development.

 

Responsible for your own role, you’ll:

  • Represents and leads EHS Department    
  • Be a member of management team, understands site priorities and contributes to site mission.
  • Enforces the objectives and plans of the Reckitt HSE strategy and standards.
  • Assures compliant investment planning, installation, and come-into-use procedures – accordingly to legislation, reckitt standards and factory needs.

 

  • Carries out the tasks of the HSE Department in connection with objectives, planning, organizing, management, controlling and appraisal.
  • Provides the company to be complied with the environmental regulations.
  • Participates in HSE audits at the company, ensures the extinguishing of explored failures.
  • Build, develop and inspire a team with a high EHS engagement, drives Safety Culture on site.

 You…  

  • Are results-oriented and entrepreneurial.
  • Have University or college degree in Environmental engineering. (Health and Safety engineer, fire protection instructor)
  • Have 10 years relevant experience in EHS field.
  • Have fluent English besides native Hungarian.

  • Ability to coordinate projects.
  • Proactive attitude with a problem-solver mindset and able to respond under pressure.
  • Able to engage the cross-functional team and set a high level of ownership within leadership around safety.
  • Able to motivate and develop direct reports where initiative, collaboration and respect are key.
