About the role

The purpose of the role is to manage the planning and implementation of capital and revenue projects, covering the installation, commissioning and validation of process and packaging equipment, Facility upgrades, Utilities and Infrastructure upgrades. If you're passionate about leading change and enhancing how we operate, you could be the perfect fit for us.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end capital investment process, from conception to delivery, achieving projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure project success criteria and business advantages are realised as per the plan.
  • Facilitates continuous improvement by evaluation of existing operations in light of new technology, team needs, and cost/benefit opportunities.
  • To support the business by delivering Engineering Capital Investment Projects to Time, Cost and Quality Expectations.
  • Control all aspects of project activity including engineering, design, programme, safety management, procurement, commissioning and validation.
  • Formulation of creative technical solutions.
  • Negotiation with Suppliers and Contractors.

The experience we're looking for

  • Adept at understanding engineering and production processes to drive successful outcomes.
  • Track record of delivering projects in line with financial and commercial principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels, good presentation skills.
  • Strong background and experience in manufacturing technology, preferably within FMCG industries.
  • Proven capability in managing projects within set budgets and deadlines.
  • Working Knowledge of CAD and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Organizational and Follow-up Skills.
  • Able to Work Effectively in Team Environment. Committed to Continuous Learning.
