About the role

Reckitt is on the lookout for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our vibrant team in Tatabanya factory. This individual will be the linchpin for connecting promising talent with life-changing career opportunities. You'll be the catalyst for growth and innovation, enabling Reckitt to tap into a diverse range of exceptional individuals ready to drive our business forward. To our new colleague we are providing a fixed-term contract for a maximum of 2 years. 

Your responsibilities

  • Support Reckitt values via delivering end-to-end recruitment activities for blue-collar and white-collar roles in Tatabanya, managing all stages of the recruitment process
  • Apply and adapt global frameworks to ensure the attraction, sourcing and candidate experience strategies are optimised at a local level
  • Have a deep understanding of the talent market in the region, trends and challenges and devise recruitment campaigns and strategies that work
  • Carry out regular reporting on recruitment metrics and ensure achievement of KPIs
  • Understand and utilize recruitment channels, media and direct sourcing methods (e.g.: LinkedIn) and know how to maximise brand awareness and drive candidate interest
  • Coach and train Hiring Managers and HRBPs in the region as required to ensure Candidate Experience principles and Employer Brand are embedded into the end-to-end hiring process
  • Support new hires in using the onboarding portal if needed, create medical check documents and advise hiring managers regarding the onboarding process if needed
  • Cooperation with local staffing companies (e.g.: blue-collar staff if needed), universities, organization and implementation of other local collaborations (e.g.: job fairs) that support the success of the recruitment process and the further presentation of our employer brand
  • Raise process improvement opportunities whenever possible/required

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition in a manufacturing environment, working both with blue-collar and white-collar hiring
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • Demonstrable expertise in sourcing and selecting high-caliber talent
  • A proven track record in candidate relationship management
  • Skilled in impactful communication across various stakeholder levels
  • Practical experience with recruitment systems and data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional project management skills, balancing multiple priorities seamlessly
