Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
This role will support hospital customers by taking a leadership role in Hospital pre-contracts planning and execution. Developing and providing clinical support for healthcare professionals to assist them in making informed decisions about infant feeding and brand selection while growing Reckitt’s reputation as a partner and a science based pediatric company. This role could also evolve to incorporate other corporate brands to develop new hospital contract opportunities in other categories.
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (until September 2026)
Your responsibilities
- Leverages insights to teach key hospital stakeholders and healthcare professionals about their practice and environment to lead to positive business outcome.
- Seeks to continually understand healthcare professional’s environment, provincial and regional healthcare system policies, competitive activities, end user’s needs to develop account plans delivering on customer’s long-term goals.
- Articulates and position Nutrition Business Unit’s value proposition in the context of customer environment.
- Acts as team leader to facilitate and integrate Nutrition Business Unit’s resources required to meet customer’s needs.
- Liaises with marketing or other Nutrition internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of services for customers.
- Develops, executes and monitors short-term and long-term account plan and presents to customers and Nutrition internal team.
- Maintains own knowledge and acts as the team or regional subject matter expert related to product knowledge, clinical evidence and infant feeding expertise.
- Liaises with Medical marketing, Hospital Operations and Hospital Account teams to support Head Office projects
- Collaborates and supports Head Office in the development of material for customers.
- Utilizes the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage, monitor and plan activities.
- Manages budget, makes strategic and effective use of resources available.
- Shares best practices with teams to achieve territory, regional and company’s objectives.
The experience we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience with solid track record of success
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the hospital environment, including experience in Pediatric Nutrition as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Neonatal/Pediatric dietician
- Comprehensive knowledge of the health care industry and healthcare systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Nutrition or Nursing.
- Registered Dietician or Registered Nurse
