About the role

Your responsibilities

- Conduct process analyses to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement in current processes.
- Collect and analyze data for improvement projects.
- Support improvement projects. Monitor and report on improvement activities.
- Evaluate project results and provide suggestions for enhancing process performance.
- Actively participate in the implementation and tracking of improvement strategies.
- Conduct research on improvement tools (e.g. Kaizen,5S, Six Sigma,etc.) and techniques to build knowledge in these areas.

The experience we're looking for

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical thinking ability.
- Interest in process improvement, familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or similar improvement techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Able to take responsibility and work well in dynamic team environments
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Currently a student in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields.
