Your responsibilities
- To carry out all work in accordance with the business policy, targets and instructions
- To determine the machinery, apparatus, electrical, electronic and spare part needs related to manufacturing and to conduct the necessary research for their manufacturing or supply and to submit them to the approval of the Factory Manager.        
- To ensure that all technical maintenance, electrical and electronic equipment in the factory operate efficiently.
- To follow the spare part stock status of Factory Technical materials and to carry out the necessary studies to provide the ones needed.
- To organize the periodic maintenance of factory and general service machines at the planned time.
- To investigate the suitability of existing products or products planned to be manufactured with the machinery and equipment and to carry out the necessary conformity studies.
- To fulfill the duties and responsibilities included in all laws, regulations and legislation on occupational safety, occupational health and environment, and to have the authority to slow down and/or stop the work in case of any contrary operation.
- To evaluate and complete the work, maintenance-repair and calibration requests coming through the ERP software.
- To be responsible for ensuring that the requirements of the standards, the processes produce the desired results and to carry out the processes with risk-based thinking, to report on the processes to the upper management and to carry out the work in a customer-focused manner, as required by ISO 9001-ISO 14001 – ISO 45001 standards.
The experience we're looking for
- Demonstrable experience in managing large manufacturing operations, with a focus on driving performance and efficiency.
- A natural leader with a history of inspiring teams and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Proficient in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma.
- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make swift decisions.
- Working knowledge of production logistics, supply management, and contract negotiation.
- Previous experience in production equipment maintenance and team leadership.
