Your responsibilities
- Cooperation with suppliers of Raw, Pack Materials and internal stakeholders as well as with Global Procurement team.
- Taking the responsibility for delivering price and supplier information to related departments under control of PPM.
- Assuring that all projects are delivered on time with a right cost and quality.
- Drive improvements in purchasing processes and contribute to cost optimization,
- Price search from the suppliers about the related demand or PIF.
- Price identification in the SAP system with the plant, purchasing organization, catalog and supplier information.
- Support Pack Development and NPI for the new product developments.
- Support Global Procurement for tenders, new supplier implementation.
- Support finance for new vendor creation and documentation.
- To be responsible for fulfilling the requirements of ISO 9001-ISO 14001 - ISO45001 standards, the requirements of the standards, ensuring that the processes produce the desired results and carrying out the processes with risk-based thinking, reporting on the senior management processes and conducting customer-oriented work.
- Manage the team to assure that Procurement team is cooperating with suppliers to confirm delivery time (LT) and the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for NPD / EPD projects.
- Managing indirect category.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement field
- Strong technical skills, analytical thinking, accurate follow-up and planning,
- High communication and negotiation skills,
- Experience in multi-cultural business environment,
- A good team player under dynamic working conditions,
- Having experience in supplier contract management process,
- Proactive and solution oriented,
- Good command of English,
- Able to use SAP and MS Office programs very well,
- Strong written and verbal communication.
