​General Management​

The Group Transformation Manager is accountable for leading the delivery of defined transformation initiatives and workstreams within the Group transformation portfolio. The role operates as a senior delivery lead, translating strategy into execution, driving outcomes across Functions and Areas, and ensuring disciplined governance, benefit realisation, and adoption of change. 

 

The role partners closely with senior stakeholders, programme sponsors, and functional leaders to drive delivery excellence and embed standardised portfolio and change practices across Reckitt. 

About the role

The Group Transformation Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of change and transformation initiatives that align with Reckitt’s strategic objectives. This role ensures effective governance, benefit realization, and alignment across business, technology, and organizational design. The role requires strategic leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive transformation across Functions and Areas. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in process improvement, change management, and cross-functional delivery, with the credibility to influence senior executives.

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver priority transformation initiatives, turning strategy into clear, measurable plans.
  • Support portfolio governance with high‑quality inputs, prioritisation, and dependency management.
  • Partner with business leads to define, track, and realise benefits with strong reporting discipline.
  • Build trusted relationships with sponsors and senior stakeholders, leading key updates and forums.
  • Ensure disciplined delivery with clear scope, ownership, risks, and timely mitigation.
  • Drive adoption through structured change management and collaboration with Change, Comms, and HR.
  • Champion portfolio tool usage (e.g., SNOW SPM), ensuring data quality and standard adherence.
  • Contribute to transformation standards and coach teams on delivery discipline and governance.

 

Decision-Making Authority

 

  • Shape delivery approach and sequencing within priority boundaries.
  • Recommend risk actions and escalations to governance forums.
  • Provide input into prioritisation and investment decisions (final approval sits with Senior Manager/governance).

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven experience delivering complex change or transformation in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Strong programme/project management grounding, including governance and benefits realisation.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and participating in formal governance forums.
  • Professional certifications (Prince2, PMP, MSP, Agile) are a plus.
  • Experience with portfolio tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM) is desirable.
