About the role

As a Project Manager at Reckitt, your contributions will help deliver critical projects on leadership development and culture. This role requires end to end project management and calls for an analytical thinker who can connect the dots, understand patterns, identify inights. The role will require stakeholder management, managing relationships with partners, ensuring timely communication and engagement to deliver project timelines. Your responsibilities

  • Transformation Roadmap
  • End-to-end roadmap outlining phases, milestones, dependencies, risks, measures of success.
  • Includes stakeholder map, communication strategy, and change management approach.
  • Measuring progress (sentiment, adoption, behavioural indicators).
  • Maintaining regular dashboards and updating on insights.
  • Organising events internal and external as required by the project deliverables, scheduling regular updates with steerco.

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven experience in consultancy or HR with a strong analytical background.
  • Ability to solve problems logically and methodically.
  • Creative thinking paired with practical problem-solving skills and actionable communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence and build relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to effectively present data insights.
  • Project management skills.
