Senior Communications Business Partner, Supply Chain & Legal
We are Reckitt
Corporate Communications & External Affairs
At Reckitt, communications is more than sharing information, it's about building understanding, inspiring action, and creating connection. As Communications Business Partner for Supply Chain and Legal, you will sit at the heart of two global functions.
In Supply Chain, you will partner with senior leaders and teams across our manufacturing, quality, engineering, procurement, and sustainability operations. You will shape communications that engage our networked and non-networked employees, support transformation and connect people to the role they play in delivering better health in more hands.
For Legal, you will deliver strategic communications that support the function and broader corporate priorities. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior legal leaders, the role develops clear, engaging, and business-focused communication strategies that strengthen understanding of legal priorities, policies, governance, compliance, and risk-related initiatives across the organisation.
The role partners with Supply, Legal and Corporate Affairs to translate complex topics into accessible communications for internal and external audiences. This includes leading major change communications, supporting issues and crisis response where required, developing leadership messaging, and ensuring communications align with Reckitt’s corporate narrative, culture, and reputation objectives.
You will develop and deliver impactful communication strategies that bring Supply's and Legal’s priorities to life, celebrate innovation and operational excellence, and help employees navigate change with confidence. From amplifying stories of performance and transformation, digitalisation/automation, and continuous improvement, to driving engagement around key business initiatives, you will help strengthen culture, alignment, and pride across the functions.
About the role
You will be the strategic communications lead for both functions, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver communications across Supply and Legal.
Supply Chain is home to more than 14,000 employees in 58 countries around the world, many of whom are not in desk-based roles. Reaching this audience, working closely with our content & channels team, will be a key focus for this role.
This is a true 360-degree communications role, combining strategic counsel with understanding across internal and external communications. Success in the role requires someone who is equally comfortable influencing senior leaders, shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver high-quality communications in a fast-paced, lean team environment.
