About the role

You’ll be responsible for managing and implementing assigned projects and activities with a high level of technical complexity and visibility across both technical and business stakeholders. Success in this position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to effectively manage a network of internal and external partners, and deep technical expertise in the personal care sector.

Your responsibilities

  • Independently deliver complex projects and activities to provide technical support for the Nenuco brand and enhance existing products, in alignment with the defined Brand Strategy. This includes effective communication with key stakeholders and partners
  • Take full accountability for coordinating with relevant technology providers, regulatory and safety teams, business units, and supply chain personnel to ensure timely completion of all activities, successful handover to supply and third parties, and a smooth market launch for assigned projects, including preparation and release of appropriate technical documentation
  • Ensure all development activities comply with legislative, health & safety, and environmental standards, including the implementation and monitoring of best laboratory practices at external labs, and adapting products to evolving regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of product strategy and cost structure, contributing to informed decision-making and value-driven innovation.

The experience we're looking for

  • A demonstrated sound understanding of the FMCG market, consumers & competition
  • Experience of working with external technology providers
  • Experience of working with supply chain and application of understanding of factories and of external 3rd parties requirements
  • Strong project management skills that can be applied in a complex technology delivery environment with a proven track record of results
  • Technical expertise and curiosity with the ability to develop business relevant technologies potentially involving R&D matrix resources and other categories, ability to become the ‘expert’ in personal care product implementations and launch areas as needed
  • Experience/expertise in technology development and desire to execute the same to a finished product as needed
