About the role

You'll be the go-to person for all things HR, helping to weave compliance and best practices into the fabric of our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities

-Serve as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team, supporting workforce planning, career development, and succession planning.

-Foster a positive work environment by leading employee relations and promoting ethical practices.

-Lead HR administrative functions, including payroll, recruitment, training, and policy compliance.

-Analyse HR metrics to identify trends, enhance processes, and improve team performance.

-Implement HR programs in collaboration with corporate HR, legal, and other stakeholders.

-Promote diversity, inclusion, and cultural development initiatives.

-Oversee change management efforts to support organizational growth and agility.

-Manage and deliver HR projects from planning to execution.

The experience we're looking for

-Experience: 2–3 years in HR or related manufacturing roles. Exposure to human resource processes in a plant or industrial setting preferred.

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.

The skills for success

-Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.

-Proficiency in HR tools like SAP, Workday, or ADP, and MS Office.

-Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

-Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.

Knowledge: Familiarity with U.S. labour laws and HR best practices.

US salary ranges

USD $89,000.00 -  $133,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
