About the role
Your role will provide you the responsibility for your area of packaging – ensuring smooth running and troubleshooting problems. The role is about more than just efficiency - Our commitment to innovation runs through the whole business. So, we will look to you to spot and take every opportunity to improve quality, safety, and performance.
Schedule –
Friday & Saturday
10pm – 10am
Your responsibilities
- Operate packaging equipment including shut down/start up procedures, troubleshoot equipment problems
- Monitor semi-automated machinery to ensure proper packaging
- Ensure all components being used match packaging set-up form
- Complete equipment and environment cleaning requirements
- Complete documentation accurately and legibly
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary workplace
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
The experience we're looking for
- Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods and lifting 50 lbs containers
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills
- A background in manufacturing or production would be beneficial, but a strong desire to learn is also highly valued.
- An aptitude for understanding and adhering to detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
- Ability to work actively, which might include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights.
- A detail-oriented and reliable approach, with the drive to take initiative and achieve high-quality results.

US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
