About the role
Artwork & Project Coordinator is member of Marketing Operations Team and is primarily responsible for coordination and delivery of artworks (labelling and graphics of all company’s new products) and identify and help rectify any issues that may occur due to these AW changes.The role involves complex coordination between internal and external partners, the management of multilingual, multi-country packaging and the rigid timelines to be respected.
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for timely delivery of local artworks (graphics for single unit packs and displays) for all new products in company’s portfolio in the dedicated management information system.
- Overseeing the creation and execution of project briefs in collaboration with global graphics agencies, ensuring timely input and alignment from key internal stakeholders, including Brand Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and Factory Packaging Technology teams.
- Managing day-to-day artwork project activities in line with business priorities, coordinating with Global Graphics Teams, global agencies, factory Pack Tech departments, and printers, while resolving ad hoc issues in partnership with Project Managers and the Marketing Operations Manager.
- Reviewing and approving artwork-related cost estimates provided by GLARAs (Global Lead Artwork and Repro Agencies) and printing suppliers.
- Representing the Polish Artwork Team in European forums and supporting the testing and implementation of global initiatives and best practices.
- Supervising the work of the Artwork Project Assistant, providing ongoing guidance, support, and development through day-to-day collaboration and task delegation.
The experience we're looking for
- Proven experience in a similar project coordination, artwork management, marketing operations, or related role.
- University degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken.
- Strong change management skills with the ability to maintain focus on business objectives and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly resilient, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality results while meeting customer and business needs.
- Communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Collaborative team player with a positive "can-do" attitude and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, or a similarly fast-moving industry will be considered a strong asset.
