Leaving our local marketing teams to deliver on our regional goals in partnership with our Sales teams.
About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and growth of our brands on the Polish market. You will contribute to brand strategy, support product launches across the full product life cycle, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver strong commercial results while ensuring quality and compliance standards.
Your responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of brand strategies for the Polish market
• Plan and coordinate product launches across the full product life cycle, maximizing revenue and profitability
• Manage assigned projects independently and support broader brand initiatives
• Contribute to the development of 4P strategies using market and consumer insights (e.g. Nielsen, IMS)
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply, Regulatory)
• Ensure activities are delivered in line with Quality Management System (QMS) and regulatory requirements
The experience we're looking for
• Experience or strong interest in brand marketing management
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to collaborate in a multinational environment
• Advanced English and Polish (written and spoken)
