Your responsibilities
- Working with TA, HR and Corporate Comm’s, lead Reckitt’s recruitment marketing and attraction strategy across the globe to build awareness and reputation that increase followers, job views, job applications and talent community sign-ups.
- Partner TA teams to produce targeted content plans and build campaigns that deliver against regional employer/attraction related needs.
- Write compelling copy and identify a creative execution that drives the right outcomes, action and applications. Respond to external comms releases with additional stakeholder/leadership templates, posts and content when required.
- Work with agencies and internal contributors/employees, Leaders, ERGS to develop the best content, assets and copy for both regional and job functional campaigns/always on content.
- Publish a diverse range of creative digital content for career sites, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor/Indeed, and our ATS.
- Build and maintain regional audience insights and data to make sure all content is strategic and impactful and meets the regional recruitment requirements.
- Analyse and report on the impact of your work – results, reach and engagement – using data to redefine your approach, while taking your stakeholders with you.
- Undertake monthly reviews of employee review sites (e.g. Indeed/Glassdoor), escalating any reviews that break community guidelines, cyber-bullying or sharing on information that is in breach of privacy rules.
- Provide ongoing LinkedIn Talent Insight reports at Reckitt, global, regional and job function level to build internal knowledge and take decisions.
- Identify regional recruitment partners for job and employer branding opportunities online or offline. Ensure current award logos are prevalent of regional channels and communications (e.g. Job boards, Job ads or email footers).
The experience we're looking for
- A proven track record of delivering engaging and targeted content on social media like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube.
- Understanding of recruitment landscape and the different challenges for different audiences and roles.
- Experience in running end-to-end organic and paid social media, and advocacy campaigns.
- Inhouse experience would be an advantage.
- Strong ability to build relationships and lead projects with a collaborative approach.
- Exceptional brand communication and storytelling skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous exposure to SuccessFactors or other ATS would only play in advantage.
