About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced brand owner to join our OTC Marketing team. You will have crucial influence on driving the strategic direction based on brand’s purpose, brand equity and OTC business growth in Poland and EE region.
Your responsibilities
- Support the development of category strategy and spur the growth of assigned brands with marketing excellence.
- Oversee your brand's annual financial objectives and market share goals, responding to results with actionable plans.
- Contribute to long-term marketing strategies, communication and innovation policies for Poland and EE markets.
- Assemble the annual Brand Plan, endorsing marketing actions, sales initiatives, and outstanding execution.
- Devise local and regional business development initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to propel the brand forward.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape within the pain category. Analyze market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to inform brand positioning and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize market data and insights to forecast sales, set growth targets, and develop assumptions for market share expansion.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, market trends, and consumer insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Develop and manage brand budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all brand activities adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth and market share.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for consumer insights, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Fluent spoken and written English
