About the role

As a Business Process Owner – Record to Report (RTR), you will be the custodian of end-to-end finance processes, ensuring global consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will own the design and governance of RTR processes, challenge customizations, and drive best practices across markets. Acting as a key link between business and technology, you will influence process optimization, support change management, and lead forums that shape Reckitt’s global finance operations.
 

Your responsibilities

  • Act as custodian of end-to-end business processes (L1–L4), including:  
    • High-level business process flows
    • Fully documented Global Business Process template design for each major sub-process
    • Financial controls and reports within each process
  • Represent Business Process during market change assessments to ensure all requirements are considered and documented via User Requirements Specification
  • Challenge business needs driving customization requests and explore process redesign options
  • Ensure justification for customizations is documented and changes progress through the governance model
  • Update relevant documentation based on changes to the global process template (SOPs, Core Business Models, User Guides, training materials, etc.)
  • Participate in the preparation of training materials
  • Resolve and review issues, risks, and business impacts for the owned process
  • Identify internal and external best practices to improve the standard end-to-end process
  • Lead Super User forums dedicated to process improvement and knowledge sharing
  • Lead process governance forums for the owned process

The experience we're looking for

  • Qualified accountant
  • 5–10 years of experience in finance roles (e.g., Financial Controller, Commercial Controller, Systems Accountant); international experience is a plus
  • Strong SAP knowledge (both implementation and business use)
  • Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes (PTP, RTR, Controlling, O2C)
  • Six Sigma or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
  • Positive, can-do attitude and strong team player mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English, C1 + level
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel to Reckitt’s international sites
