In this role, you will drive strategic sourcing assessments, ensuring the assigned category is resilient, efficient, and aligned with our business continuity plans. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product sourcing decisions, optimizing manufacturing footprints, and supporting innovation strategies. Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinating global projects from Supply Manufacturing side in cooperation with local NPI Leaders.
  • Being point of contact for different functions responsible on global level into brand management including Supply Manufacturing & Services, Category Marketing and R&D, Packaging Development, Procurement, and others.
  • Guiding marketing colleagues in best practices for fast and cost-efficient manufacturing implementation of NPDs/EPDs.
  • Understanding & regularly monitoring the global capacity vs demand for relevant global brands to ensure the triggering of capacity investment discussions and underutilization discussions in a timely manner.
  • Proactively contribute into brand strategic discussions as a supply excellence professional.
  • Maximizing Gross Margin through:
    • constant drive of FUEL/productivity biggest ideas, checking on their financial impact and feasibility as well as supporting their fast implementation
    • leading sourcing study exercises to optimise the supply network and helping to keep brands competitive in the market
    • reducing brand complexity level and leading project of brand harmonization through different markets/area/factories/segments and regions.

 

The experience we are looking for:

  • Master’s degree / bachelor’s degree (Economic, Business Administration, Chemical specialization).
  • 3-5 years’ experience on similar position, leading global NPD/EPD projects.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical elements into business language.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivating and innovative.
  • Openness to change and ability to think out of the box.
