About the role

This role provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen Reckitt’s financial integrity by supporting end‑to‑end Source to Pay (STP) activities across global operations. You will be part of a collaborative team that values accuracy, curiosity, and continuous improvement. 

You will leverage digital tools to streamline processes, automate manual work, strengthen internal controls, and enhance audit readiness. With strong analytical and root‑cause problem‑solving skills, you will contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement within the STP function. 

Your responsibilities

•    Execute end to end AP/STP activities, including invoice processing, payments, GR/IR management, vendor reconciliations, and PO closure.
•    Resolve invoice and ledger discrepancies through cross functional collaboration with Procurement, vendors, and business teams.
•    Maintain and govern vendor master data in line with global compliance and control standards.
•    Ensure audit readiness, adherence to internal controls, and standardized process documentation.
•    Perform analytical reviews, variance analysis, and root cause investigations to close aged items.
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization, and data quality enhancements.
•    Build effective working relationships with stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.

The experience we're looking for

  • Experience in Source-to-Pay, Finance Operations, and shared services environments 
  • Strong understanding of invoice‑to‑pay, STP lifecycle, and 2‑way/3‑way match principles. 
  • Fluency in English and French or Italian, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with procurement workflows, ERP systems, and governance frameworks 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to manage stakeholders effectively. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience in identifying process enhancements.
