About the role
As the Global Hub Communications Lead, you will be the key communications partner for Reckitt’s Global Hub in Warsaw, helping bring the Hub’s story, achievements, and initiatives to life both internally and externally. In this role, you will shape how the Hub communicates with employees and the wider organization, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with Reckitt’s global communications strategy.You will work closely with Global Communications, local leadership, and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful and well‑structured communications that strengthen engagement and build a strong sense of community across the Hub. The role also offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to global communications campaigns from concept through delivery, playing an active part in how key initiatives are communicated across the organization.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute a communications strategy for the Global Hub Warsaw in partnership with the Hub Director and Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with global priorities and strong visibility of Hub activities.
- Drive employee engagement and community building by partnering with HR, ERGs, and leaders, and by coordinating internal events such as Town Halls, leadership visits, and Hub initiatives.
- Support business transformation and change initiatives through clear, transparent, and empathetic communication that helps employees navigate change.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing to promote employee stories, strengthen employer branding, and highlight the Hub’s culture and innovation.
- Create and manage high‑quality digital and written content for internal and external channels, including social media and other communication platforms.
- Build strong relationships with Hub leadership and key stakeholders, acting as a connector between the Global Hub, Global Communications, and the local Poland Communications team.
- Ensure consistent, timely, and on‑brand messaging across platforms, balancing strategic communications with day‑to‑day operational updates.
The experience we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in communications, ideally in a corporate or organizational environment.
- Proven experience in strategic communications planning and execution.
- Strong skills in internal communications, channel optimization, and content development.
- Proficiency in digital content creation and managing communications across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders, including senior business leaders.
- Experience supporting organizational change and transformation through communication.
- Based in Warsaw or able to work from the Warsaw Global Hub.
Preferred:
- Experience working in tech-enabled or innovation-driven environments.
- Background in a global or matrixed organization.
