About the role
As a Connected Planner, you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless supply chain planning across markets, factories, and functions. You act as the key link between demand and supply, optimizing inventory, service levels, and cost management while representing the needs of the Region. As the face of the Connected Planning Team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, copackers, and regional stakeholders to drive planning excellence, anticipate risks, and secure reliable product availability.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure internal and external customer demand is met by aligning production and delivery schedules with factory capabilities.
- Consolidate demand requirements and manage production capacity through Reckitt’s planning systems (e.g., RapidResponse).
- Continuously assess and communicate risks and opportunities into the market IBP process.
- Proactively manage service levels and lead decisive actions on distressed or at‑risk SKUs to prevent stockouts.
- Review stock tunnel reports, define and track inventory targets, and lead inventory optimization for copackers.
- Conduct scenario planning to support balanced decision‑making between supply and demand.
- Lead RCCP tracking and contribute to effective project management within the Connected Planning drumbeat.
- Prepare and communicate OOS and distress action plans.
- Support the creation of short‑, mid‑ and long‑term production plans aligned to market demand targets.
The experience we're looking for
- 2 years of proven experience in Planning, Procurement Resource Planning, or Inventory Management.
- Strong risk management capabilities and effective issue resolution experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Planning systems; RapidResponse or SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities, including data analysis, reporting and dashboarding (PowerBI).
- Root cause analysis skills and ability to translate insights into actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Resilience and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong relationship‑building capabilities.
- Logical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
