About the role

Digital Media Manager plays a pivotal role in leading Reckitt’s digital campaign activations in-platform, overseeing media performance & developing campaign best practice. Being the main point of contact for the Eastern Europe Consumer Engagement (CE) Pod, you will be responsible for co-creating digital activation plans across key brands in collaboration with a wider team – supported by the local Media, Audience & Performance teams.

Digital Media Manager will oversee the daily media performance across key channels, ensuring campaign optimizations are implemented. You will act as the senior digital expert for key digital platforms – responsible for developing & updating digital channel playbooks, advising on campaign set-up and leading a team of digital in-house traders to support with the running of campaigns.

Your responsibilities

 

  • Working closely with the CE Pod to ensure all digital campaign elements are executed according to briefs.
  • Co-creating digital activation plans with audience, performance and content teams to ensure optimal campaign set-up.
  • Providing guidance on digital media channels and in‑platform tactics aligned with media communication objectives.
  • Overseeing a team of digital traders, offering training, support and direction in managing campaigns within platforms.
  • Developing digital channel playbooks, championing best practices and upskilling the internal trading team on new capabilities.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver digital test‑and‑learn initiatives.
  • Identifying new testing opportunities in cooperation with industry partners and internal stakeholders to elevate media activation. Sharing results, insights and case studies with wider teams.
  • Facilitating communication and workflow to ensure smooth, cohesive campaign execution.
  • Promoting unified approaches to data analysis, audience targeting and media optimization.
  • Providing monthly media actualizations to CE teams.
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance to drive data‑based optimization and improve efficiency.
  • Managing finance reconciliation and balance sheet accuracy related to digital media activity

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in planning & buying successful programmatic or paid social,  search, e-commerce campaigns. (Min. 5 years of in-platform experience)
  • Strong understanding of programmatic DSPs (DV360, TTD, Adform, Amazon, Allegro, e-retailer DSPs etc). Paid social (Meta, TikTok etc) and paid search is a plus.
  • Previous exposure to use of ad verification & ad server platforms such as DoubleVerify, Campaign Manager
  • Experience in managing teams, setting objectives, task prioritisation
