About the role
The End-to-End Supply Planning Centre of Excellence (COE) Project & Change Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing and standardizing supply planning processes across the organization. This role focuses on driving improvements in demand forecasting, production planning, inventory management, and distribution to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. The Project & Change Manager will collaborate with various teams, including supply chain, IT, finance, and operations, to implement best practices, technology solutions, and process enhancements as per plan, while also leading the change management, training and comms associated with each initiative.
Your responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Develop project plans for end-to-end supply planning initiatives ensuring timely delivery and within budget, manage resources effectively and track milestones and progress
- Identify risks, issues and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with other programs to identify and manage dependencies
- Actions tracking and proactive driving of these to closure
2. Change Management
- Drive Communication for all the enhancements and process implementations, ART and adoptions (newsletters, RUBI page, etc)
- Organize and facilitate training sessions
- Super Users engagement: assess the effectiveness of the COP meetings and attendance tracking; implement improvement in cooperation with CoE team
- Conduct super users / end users survey and analyze feedback, define recovery actions
- Organize and facilitate COP meetings for E2E Analytics
3. Owning and driving adoption
- Develop strategy for improvement and harmonization of different E2E Communities of practice to: 1. Make COP more E2E (workstreams - other programs – balance technology and process / best practices), 2. Make content relevant and engaging for the audience
- Drive SU Engagement: SU attendance tracking and reporting, SU feedback and expectations, Best practices sharing
- Support SU in EU adoption: Support materials, Communication after the COP -> news-letters, how to make it big & visible)
- Support with adoption measurement: Proper measures in place, Survey collecting and support with analysis, Communicate action plan
4. Technology and Tools Implementation
- Lead system integrations and upgrades, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to users on new tools and technologies.
5. Manage communication and stakeholder engagement to support CoE team:
- Define, together with CoE Team, a communication plan to ensure proper content, audience, formats and cadence are in place
- Increase awareness of enhancements and drive broad focus at different stakeholders
The experience we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, project and change management, or supply planning roles.
- Experience on Global business /change transformation programmes, specifically on Change Management (Culture and Process)
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
- Experience of working in a dynamic, time-pressured environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field).
- Strong project management skills with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

- Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams and geographies.
