About the role
Finance Senior Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring integrity of Financial Reporting of transactions occurring in Hub.
Your responsibilities
- Collect, interpret, and analyse financial data to support informed decision‑making by key stakeholders,
- Perform variance analysis on transactions processed within the Warsaw Hub entity (RBS), as well as on transactions posted in other entities but related to the Hub’s activities,
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and Controllership review,
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, Group standards, and internal control policies,
- Act as a key liaison between Local Controlling, Warsaw Hub Leadership, Regional Controllership, and functional teams, ensuring all required information is provided to meet local statutory and Group reporting requirements,
- Support the Senior Manager, Warsaw Hub, in Balance Sheet reviews in close cooperation with local Controlling teams,
- Provide ongoing support to the Hub Director in relation to local statutory account sign‑off and audit requirements.
The experience we're looking for
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint,
- Ability to analyse and interpret data, build dashboards, and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights,
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a structured and compelling way to senior stakeholders,
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior leaders through fact‑based recommendations,
- Solid understanding of enterprise priorities, with the ability to align actions and recommendations to support business objectives,
- Strong collaboration skills, enabling effective cross‑functional cooperation across multiple teams,
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and drive continuous process and performance enhancements.
