Your responsibilities
During the programme, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the GBS Finance landscape and experience a wide range of activities across the RTR and Commercial Finance pillars.
You can expect to:
• Develop a solid grasp of each GBS Finance pillar and how they interconnect
• Explore different areas to discover where your strengths and interests align
• Build the foundation for progressing into an Analyst role within GBS
• Gain exposure to the FMCG industry, Reckitt’s business model, and ways of working
• Collaborate with multiple markets and stakeholders, strengthening prioritization and communication skills
• Grow your analytical capabilities, including proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and internal reporting tools
Through your work, you’ll contribute to delivering efficient, high quality financial and operational processes that serve multiple markets and functions across the business.
The experience we're looking for
We’re looking for graduates who bring curiosity, initiative, and a passion for learning. You will be a great fit if you:
• Are looking to kick‑start your career after completing a bachelor’s degree or while pursuing a master’s.
• Are available for a full-time contract (40 hours per week)
• Have Excel skills, including pivots, and structured data work
• Proactive mindset with a strong drive to take initiative and continuously improve and optimize the way we work
• Motivation to learn, especially in financial, analytical, and operational topics
• Analytical thinking and a customer-oriented approach
• Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• English proficiency enabling effective daily communication
• Eligibility to work and live in Poland
