About the role
The role of an GFS Senior Analyst PTP at Reckitt is to manage relationship with our vendors by ensuring invoices and payments are processed efficiently and effectively. This requires working closely with procurement and non-procurement stakeholders in the Business to raise requisitions, capturing receipt of Goods or services timely and resolving pricing and other disputes with vendors efficiently.
The role requires good understanding of end-to-end procurement process from RFQ to selection to contract to execution and payment. GFS Senior Analyst PTP works closely with our outsourced ITP service provider to achieve and improve key KPIs like right first time, payment on time and DPO.
A key role of the GFS Senior Analyst PTP is to drive down invoice exceptions across commercial and factories by doing a root cause analysis and educating end users on how to avoid repeat instances in the future.
Your responsibilities
- Performance of key controls for PTP as defined in Reckitt’s control framework.
- Reducing invoicing and payment exceptions through close collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Working with legal on disputes/claims and acting fast to resolve them to keep cost to company minimum.
- Reviewing vendor reconciliations for key vendors to identify any unrecorded financial obligations.
- Reviewing aged GR/IR and AP balances including AP Debit balances to ensure accurate liabilities position and cash recovery for the business.
- Guiding outsourced service provider on vendor query management and resolution.
- Reviewing and maintaining appropriate approvals flows across procurement systems.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions and/or materials as appropriate to the businesses to enable improved service quality, timeliness and KPI results
The experience we're looking for
- Thorough knowledge of the end-to-end PTP Process for both commercial business and factories
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PTP
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
- Strong systems experience: SAP, Ariba, AP workflows, Microsoft Office.
- Experience of influencing change or experience with change management.
- Previous experience in partnering an offshore shared service centre desirable
