About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Change Management and Communications Lead to drive effective adoption of HR initiatives within our Global Business Services (GBS) environment. This role is critical in ensuring smooth transitions during HR process transformations, technology rollouts, and organizational changes by designing and executing targeted communication and change strategies that engage employees and leaders globally.
Your responsibilities
1. Change Management Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for HR Shared Services transformation projects.
- Lead stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
- Design and execute change interventions to minimize resistance and maximize adoption.
- Partner closely with HR, IT, and project teams to align change activities with project timelines.
2. Communications Planning & Delivery
- Create clear, compelling, and targeted communications that explain the why, what, and how of HR changes.
- Develop multi-channel communication campaigns (emails, newsletters, intranet content, webinars, videos).
- Work closely with internal communications teams and business partners to amplify messaging.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Training Support
- Identify and engage key stakeholders and change champions across the HR GBS network and business units.
- Support training rollouts by developing communications and reinforcing change messages.
- Facilitate two-way communication channels to gather feedback and adapt plans accordingly.
4. Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define KPIs and measure change management effectiveness using surveys, adoption metrics, and feedback loops.
- Adjust and optimize change and communication plans based on data insights and evolving business needs.
5. Governance & Risk Management
- Support governance forums to ensure change risks are identified, managed, and mitigated.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and cultural considerations in all change efforts.
The experience we're looking for
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Change Management and Communications, preferably within HR or Shared Services contexts.
- Proven track record leading change in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems implementations, and organizational change principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Psychology, HR or related field (Master’s or Prosci certification a plus).
Preferred Skills:
- Ideal candidate with expertise in change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex messages.
- Experience managing large-scale communication campaigns and multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Strong facilitation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
